In all its activities, SFLN places top priority on the enhancement of corporate governance, in order to establish relationships of trust with all stakeholders. To this end, SFLN is also reinforcing its governance structure to ensure fair and transparent business operations.

The adoption of the 'Company with Committees' model brings the SFLN into line with a growing number of leading Egyptian web development companies and with best practice. It introduces additional safeguards for shareholders, increases transparency and improves corporate governance.

SFLN has established structures such as the CC (Complaint Committee)and the QAC (Quality Asurance Committee) with the aim of improving internal control over the execution of SFLN operations, Coustomer service and Technical Support.
